No. Our positions are selective, unpaid Analyst roles rather than traditional corporate employment. Vantedge operates as an experiential accelerator — we focus entirely on providing undergraduates with hands-on, high-impact project work, intensive portfolio-building opportunities, and a strong network of like-minded peers looking to break into competitive industries.

We understand that your degree comes first. On average, our analysts dedicate around 8 to 12 hours per week to project work, team syncs, and research. Because we operate fully remotely and asynchronously, you have the flexibility to manage your hours around your lecture schedules and exams.
