Gregory Bournet
Partner, PwC Malaysia, Corporate Finance and M&A
Gregory Bournet is a Partner at PwC Malaysia, where he leads the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions practice across Malaysia and Vietnam. With more than 25 years of international corporate finance experience spanning Europe, USA and Asia, he has advised multinational corporations, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, family-owned businesses and financial institutions on transactions ranging from mid-market acquisitions to billion-dollar cross-border deals.
A Swiss national based in Kuala Lumpur, Gregory holds a Ph.D. from the University of Zurich and is a CFA Charterholder. At Vantedge, he is committed to sharing practical insights from real-world transactions, helping aspiring finance professionals bridge the gap between theory and practice.
